Who operates this app
This notice covers Centry Global Pension Planner, operated by Centry Cognitive Capital Pte. Ltd., UEN 202514224H, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. Contact info@centry.capital for support and privacy requests.
Information and purpose
Create an international pension inventory with native-currency balances, separately labelled income entitlements, disclosed fees, source-linked scheme terms, evidence gaps and a decision timeline. Prepare questions for pension providers and qualified specialists; no transfer recommendation or tax opinion. The app processes the amounts, dates, countries, planning facts, record rows and document text you choose to supply for this purpose. Use nicknames and redacted evidence. Do not include account credentials, passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, tax identifiers, full account numbers or identity documents. Fictional examples are optional.
How inputs are processed
The standalone page analyses inputs in your browser. When used through ChatGPT, explicit tool inputs are sent to Centry's server hosted on Vercel; the server returns your inputs, results, assumptions and source references to ChatGPT. The app does not request your full conversation history. It does not execute transactions, make a binding professional determination, file a return or contact an adviser.
Application storage and retention
Inputs and results are held in memory for the current page or request. The application has no customer database, persistent calculation session, analytics SDK or analytics cookies, and does not deliberately log input bodies or document text. Server responses request no caching. Reloading or closing the page clears its browser state. Downloading or copying an export creates a copy under your control. No export is automatically emailed, submitted or shared.
Usage measurement and booking attribution
From 28 October 2026, Centry records product ID, tool name, outcome, timestamp and duration for tool requests, and product-level consultation-link visits. Analytics events exclude financial inputs, documents, names, emails, IP addresses and user or conversation identifiers. There are no analytics cookies or cross-site identity profiles. Standalone browser calculations and local downloads are not counted. Automated tool calls may appear in these counts; they are not verified customers or unique people.
Events are written to Vercel runtime logs under the hosting retention configuration. A separately configured Centry dashboard collector may receive only these allowlisted event fields; no collector is currently connected. The service does not maintain a durable analytics database. Booking attribution adds only fixed campaign and product tags to the separate Centry booking page. A visit is not a confirmed booking. Confirmed booking events require an authenticated booking-provider integration; this is not currently connected.
Use the workspace checkbox to skip future workspace-request counting and open an untracked consultation link. Technical clients can send DNT: 1, Sec-GPC: 1, X-Centry-Analytics-Opt-Out: 1, or centry/analyticsOptOut: true in tool-call metadata. This does not retrospectively delete earlier technical records or change OpenAI/hosting records. The checkbox lasts only in this open workspace. You can also use the consultation page directly without campaign tags.
Hosting and ChatGPT
Vercel hosts the application and may retain technical request, security and runtime records under its own service configuration, obligations and policies. OpenAI provides ChatGPT and may retain conversations, including tool inputs and results, under your account or workspace controls. Application memory is separate from these provider records; this notice does not promise that providers retain nothing or a fixed deletion period. Your choices and requests
You can use hypothetical figures, edit your inputs, reset the workspace or stop using it. Resetting does not delete downloaded exports, ChatGPT conversations or provider records. Use ChatGPT's data controls for information held there. Contact Centry for access, correction, deletion and other applicable requests concerning data within our control. We will explain any technical or legal limits and request processor assistance where applicable. Do not send credentials or tax identifiers with a support request.
Optional consultation
The optional Centry consultation link does not attach inputs or exports, create a lead, reserve a slot or take payment. You choose separately what to share through that page, whose own privacy information applies. The Centry client-services privacy policy covers a separate service.
